I’m Angelique Huff, creator of Bun ON The Run Fitness. I’ve been into fitness since I was a young girl. I always did sports like cheer, track, and dance, which contributed to my highly active lifestyle. Fitness truly became a big part of my lifestyle about 8 years ago. That’s when I learned about nutrition, health, and wellness. One day I looked at myself in the mirror, and came to realization. I wanted to become the healthiest version of myself, not to just look better, but to feel better and have the ability to live the fullest life. I realized the only person that was stopping me from being the best me was myself. I began to watch what I was feeding my body, and created daily workouts that fit my lifestyle. As a 21-year, based out of Arizona I work full time, and am a full time student it’s very hard to find time to stay healthy. But I always make sure the job get done, even if that means I have to change my workout scenery, and get creative with food choices. It’s all possible if your willing to put in the effort. I created Buns On The Run Fitness to allow people nutritional, fitness, and lifestyle tips to succeed in a healthy lifestyle, and lets not forget to whoop those butts into shape. Acknowledgment, perseverance, and positivity is all that’s needed to fully embrace The Buns On The Run motto. Buns On The Run will guide the community on how to get creative when given limits, such as not enough time to prepare dinner and how to workout at home or on-the-go. I want people to join Buns On the Run Fitness not only because I truly care about your health, but because working out and eating healthy can be fun to. I’m currently a Psych major, who happens to minor in nutritional health. I enjoy doing my research on products, or certain places that would be fun to workout at. So with that being said I’m more than happy to answer any questions you have, and I hope you join my Buns On The Run Fitness.
Lets turn that pair into a perfect peach
