No!No!No! You Have Got to Go

Society claims that everything is bad for you, which is not true. Everything just needs to be in moderation. But there is some foods that should be avoided. Foods that should be avoided or consumed less are foods such as: milk, dairy, processed foods, dark meat, and oily things. Instead try and go to your local farmers market and pick fresh produce. Another thing is to find farm fresh products in you local grocery stores, like, farm fresh eggs and grass feed meat. Dark meats take longer for your body to process and clogs up your digestive system. There’s a lot more chemicals found in darker meat. Turkey and chicken are a good source of protein, and I’m not saying to not have the darker meat, but it will take a longer time for your body to become leaner. Seafood and fish is a good substitute for meat as well if your either or vegetarian, or aren’t a big fan of meat.
